Hangover Breakfast

Sometimes I wake up hungover, hungry, and broke.
I'm sure nobody out there can relate to that.
Anyway, yesterday I woke up in that exact predicament a half an hour before I had to be at work and made the perfect hangover breakfast using the contents of my refrigerator.


I diced up half a sausage and sauteed it in a pan with a shallot, threw in a handful of leftover spaghetti, cracked an egg over the top and stir fried it all together before adding a generous amount of shredded cheese. Then I topped it with lots and lots of hot sauce.

Power breakfast.

its hard to drink whiskey and crave soyrizo in the morning. eggs are cheap, i am cheap.
