I just made a pasta salad with Bulgarian feta I got from the Middle Eastern grocery store on Mission and it is the most delicious feta I have every tasted. I think everybody should make he transition from Greek to Bulgarian feta.
Other things from Bulgaria:
Probably not as delicious.
