Utah.

I was in Salt Lake City, Utah last week. Salt Lake is a two hour flight from San Francisco. The city sits at 4,222 feet, and is the global headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints... and those people are a hoot, let me tell you. To be fair, the city has lots of bars, art galleries, and coffee shops, and I saw as many people riding fixies there as I do on an average day in San Francisco.
